Musician, musicologist, cultural manager since 2002, founder of Terra Musica and based in Istanbul since December 2014, her professional experience is mostly in the field of music education, music institutions or NGO management, cultural cooperation management.

Her approach is at a crossover between local cultural policies, education to art, aesthetic, social engaged projects, with a focus on youth empowerment.

Actually student in architecture, he participated to several seminars and architecture workshop in different places in the world.

Also very involved in art sector, he’s guitar player studying jazz on his own and with Turkish professional musicians, and also following the dense contemporary art scene in Istanbul.

His concern about gentrification consequence in big metropolis as Istanbul, as well as integration issue for displaced population, and his experience in Europe as an Erasmus student or volunteer, will allow him to contribute to the project in its “urbanism & life environment” dimension.

Bosnia & Herzegovina

Haris Sahačić

Administrative coordinator for Bosnia / art concept designing & experimental radio format designing

As Head of Administration and Radio in the Association for Culture and Art - Crvena he is one unavoidable milestone of all activities of the organization. He graduated Media design at Bauhaus-University in Weimar (Germany) studying in fields of European media culture and Experimental radio, Electro-acoustic sound composition and Interface design. He spent years voluntarily working in the field of Youth activism and trade unions, cooperating with International Confederation of Free Trade Unions – ICFTU (Organizing Trade Union Youth Structures in Bosnia and Herzegovina) and with International Committee For Development of People – CISP from Italy (Program: Improving the conditions of children and youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina). He is cooperating with Radio FREI from Erfurt/Germany, bauhaus.fm from Weimar/Germany and Student eFM Radio from Sarajevo and was honorably mentioned for his artistic interventions in the field of the radio art production. He writes in Bosnian and German language and produces for radio: poetry, essays, radio features, and analytical texts about social and political reality of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He speaks English and German.​

Sabina Šabić

General coordinator for Bosnia and Herzegovina / In charge of music education, final performance scenography

Sabina Šabić is Musician, Producer / Executive Producer, Actress, Directress, Program manager on several Festivals (Sarajevo Jazz Festival, International Theatre Festival MESS, Human rights film festival - Pravo ljudski …), she worked as Artistic laboratory directress, educator and Human rights activist and a mother. She produced theatre shows at the Sarajevo War Theatre (The Secret of Raspberry Jam, It was a nice and sunny day, 2nd May, Finger, Animal Farm, and dj mushroom/top of the world - musical for children…) she lead more than 10 tours, organized more than 25 music concerts, more than 15 live act performances and she designed and lead 6 educational programs among which is the project “Music Room” that is conceived as a creative corner in which the residents (Children without parental care) through music, with musicians and teachers, spend their leisure time learning the history of music, musical styles, composers, meeting up with musical instruments, the basics of playing and musicianship, composition, writing songs, learning about the basics of music production, etc. Non-formal Education is essential in the Music Room project, since its program is designed according to the preferences and abilities of residents and directed towards their general musical progress and psycho-physical development.

Educated at Music Production Academy (MPA), in Zagreb 2015/2016, by teachers relevant in regional audio production sector (Nikša Bratoš, Srđan Sekulović Skansi, Ante Pecotić, Andrej Lončarić, Damir Begović, Goran Martinac, Milan Uskoković…), Marin gained working experience at the Piece Of Cake studio during his studies in Zagreb under the supervision of producer Damir Begović, and at the NLO studio.

After returning to Mostar he gains further experience working with Saša Karabatak (Recording Studio MC Pavarotti) and Atilla Aksoj (Baraka studio).

In early 2016 he became audio engineer and producer at DK Studio.

“Oha” has been working in music industry for 17 years as musician, event producer and manager. As a percussionist, he worked on music projects with Brian Eno, Horace Andy, Prince Stanley, Duncan Sheik, Anthony Tidd, the Dutch Metropole Orchestra, Mostar Sevdah Reunion, Dubioza Kolektiv, Vasil Hadzimanov Band, Umoya Ensemble and many more.

He was the producer of a serie of concerts for the European Commission marking the Day of Europe in Mostar, and the music director for Southeast Europe in the Bridge Eternal - NEO Balkan project for EXPO 2005 in AICHI, Japan. 

He is one of the initiators of Mostar Rock School, also manager of Recording Studio MC Pavarotti and one of the executive producers of Mostar Blues & Rock Festival.

Born in Syria, he studied classical violin at a high level, but couldn’t go to university because of the war. During the last 4 years he stayed in Syria and studied by himself, exploring diverse music style, as jazz, traditional music, improvisation, and improving his level in classical music and composition… During his 5 months stay in Istanbul, he enjoyed the cultural diversity of this city, due to the historical and contemporary art attractiveness, and the exile or expat situation of many artists from middle-east, Greece…

Settled in France since january 2016, he is continuing his training in music, composition and musicology at the university of Lyon2. As a creative artist he’s also leading a composition project that combine rural music heritage from Syria with jazz and electronic music references using improvisation, jazz harmony, electronic sounds…

Co-founder of Pasaj, she was graduated in philosophy, and got a master in culture management.

She works since 10 years in different cultural organizations in Istanbul, as a visual art curator, cultural manager, educative program designing, project manager…

Her deep experience and creativity in connecting the contemporary art level with youth and education level is an important contribution in the project in order to combine the visual exhibition, the music performance, and participate to the team management.

After his studies in Berklee music college, he’s currently teaching history of jazz, music theory, harmony at Bahçesehir University, but he’s also very active as a guitar player, composer, arranger, producer, in different music styles: jazz, rock, free improvisation, modern/contemporary music.

Since 2006 he’s also a Radio host, leading a program focusing about free jazz & improvisation.

He’s also composing for drama, dance, movies, and got some poem edited in Turkey.

He just wrote an anthology of free improvisation in Turkey

After 20 years of experience as a musician and director of an international street art company, he funded “Why Notes”, a European Production company.

He founded the project “La petite troupe” in 2011, an educative project based on music practicing and stage performing for teenagers with school learning difficulties, leading by an team with diverse experience and skills: music teaching, music composition, hip-hop dance...

With an experience of 15 years as a musician and music and street art company director, he’s today involved in music teaching, in music schools, and in the project « La petite troupe », for which he’s in charge of the educational and artistic direction in which he’s bringing his experience about scenographie, composition, and performing in a large variety of styles.

Director of the dance company “Ego”, in Niort, he’s leading many dance workshop and training program about hip-hop dance, as well as international project.

Initially trained as a contemporary circus performer, he focused on dance, that became for him a means of expression, dialogue, and interaction through a universal language that connect people and culture. Curious to learn from other artists and students, his creative work, performed at local and international level, always keeps an important space for human experience, hybrid approach, collective work.
